Pate a choux puff for pastry applications. These pre-baked mini eclairs may be filled with whipped cream, custard, or pastry cream.

Ingredients: Eggs, water, concentrated butter, sorbitol, salt.

Additional Notes: Avoid exposure to light, heat, humidity, and foreign odors. Keep airtight.
