PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Moda pre-baked pate a choux mini cream puffs may be finished with the filling of your choice, including whipped cream, custard, or pastry cream. These mini cream puffs are approximately 1.75″ and contain 200 ea per box.

Ingredients: Eggs, wheat flour, concentrated butter (25%), salt, disodium diphosphate potassium carbonate (rising agents), sorbitol (stabilizer).

Dietary Notes: Contains wheat (gluten), eggs, and dairy.

Additional Notes: Avoid exposure to light, heat, humidity, and foreign odors. Keep airtight.

Applications: To be filled and decorated as desired. Great for profiteroles.

Directions: Ready to use. Product will re-hydrate once filled & refrigerated.
