A unique flavor from Valente’s kitchen. They incorporated white wine with an authentic homemade process. It’s a very subtle and fine texture with light citrus and fruit flavors. This pasta is great with seafood, just follow the Shrimp Scampi recipe on the back of the package.
COOKING DIRECTIONS: Cook pasta in plenty of salted, rapidly boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Stir frequently. Test for doneness. Do not overcook.
