Both attractive and functional, the San Jamar 15 lb Glass Digital Scale measures both liquid and dry ingredients with incredible accuracy. The display is 50% larger than other scales that are commonly found in kitchens and is protected by the smooth glass surface.
Controls are touch sensitive and are simple to use. The scale features a display hold to keep the measurements on the screen even after the ingredients have been removed. For accurate measuring, the scale has a tare feature to zero the machine so it measures only the ingredients and not the bowl.
The auto-shutoff preserves the scale’s battery life to last for longer. CR2032 batteries are included.
