Pastry Star Vanilla Bean Paste is a high-quality, viscous, all-natural liquid blend of vanilla extract and ground, bourbon vanilla beans.

Ingredients: Glycerin, Natural Flavor, Water, Vanilla Bean Seeds, Vegetable Gum (acacia, xanthan), Natural Color (caramel).

Allergens: None.

Storage: Cool, Dry Conditions; 8 month shelf life.

Uses: To flavor pastry creams, ice creams, gelato,and a myriad of other desserts. Add flavor to account for 1.0% to 3.0% of total batch weight.
