Nutley Farms Pure Pistachio Paste made from roasted Kerman pistachios is great for many pastry applications. Use to add delicious pure pistachio flavor gelato, ice cream, cakes, mousse, fillings, pastries, candies, and more.

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 – 72F, 20 – 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and sealed air tight.

Ingredients: Roasted Kerman pistachios 99%, salt, colorings: riboflavin, copper complexes of chlorophyllins.

Dietary Notes: May contain traces of gluten, soy, milk, and other nuts.

Directions: Stir well before each use. Dosage 80-100 g/kg for pastry products.
