Nutley Farms Hazelnut Paste made from roasted hazelnuts is great for many pastry applications. Use to add delicious hazelnut flavor gelato, ice cream, cakes, mousse, fillings, pastries, candies, and more.

Pack Size: 2.2 lb pail

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 – 72F, 20 – 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and sealed air tight.

Ingredients: Roasted hazelnuts (95%), coloring: caramel, hardened vegetable oil, salt.

Directions: Stir well before each use. Dosage 80-100 g/kg for pastry products.
