Nutley Farms Chestnut Cream is a smooth, emulsified 50% chestnut cream paste made from pure chestnuts, sugar, and vanilla. Great for a variety of pastry and confectionery applications, including fillings, creams, ice cream, and more.

Composition: 50% Fresh chestnuts, 50% Refined sugar, Vanilla Beans.

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 – 72F, 20 – 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and refrigerate after opening.
