The Niche Zero is the grinder that redefined what a home espresso grinder should be. When Niche launched it in 2019 — originally crowdfunded in just four days — it introduced something the prosumer market had never seen at its level: 63mm hardened steel conical burrs (the same specification as the commercial Mazzer Kony), a straight-through grind path with virtually zero retention, and a stepless dial offering infinite grind adjustment from espresso to filter — all in a compact, beautifully designed aluminium body with real oak trim.
