The pads can be used in conjunction with a variety of decorative mediums including, gum paste, rolled fondant, almond paste, & modeling chocolate. Includes 5 holes in the pad, 5 different sizes, perfect for placing the butt/center of the sugarflower to allow for more surface to shape each sugar petal.
PME Foam Pads are washable & non stick, although a small quantity of powdered sugar or cornstarch can be used for dusting if required.
