The Stainless Steel Maximizer allows you to transfer liquid from below the level of the spigot. It increases the amount that you can get from your kettle by using a tube designed to sit near the bottom of the kettle. To use, thread the Maximizer into a 1/2″ Female Pipe Thread fitting on the inside of your kettle. (2 1/2″L x 1/2″ID)
