Restaurant-style food presentation
With 4 ring moulds, each measuring 10cm Dia., and a pusher made from stainless steel for longevity, this versatile set is suitable for forming biscuits, pastry, icing, cakes, mousses and desserts, and can also be used to shape and present hot foods liked mashed potatoes or layered vegetables, as well as savoury starters like avocado mousse and prawns.
Easy to use
Simply place your desired ingredients into the ring mould and use the pusher to press them into place. The pusher also has a looped handle to make it easier to push things like pastry or dough of out of the mould.
Once you’ve finished creating your circular masterpieces, both the rings and pusher can go in the dishwasher for convenient cleaning.
