These IMS precision filter baskets are designed for use in 54mm portafilters, like those found in Solis & Breville machines. The slight cylindrical shape of the baskets creates a compact coffee puck and allows for better extraction.
The electropolished metal coating makes knocking pucks out even easier, and the 583 0.3mm holes are specifically arranged in a pattern that balances delivery of coffee in relation to the height and shape of the portafilter.
