Gelatech Pure Pistachio Paste is a delicious and versatile concentrated flavoring paste made from roasted Kerman pistachios. This professional-quality paste is perfect for many pastry uses, including flavoring ice cream, gelato, custard, ganache, buttercream, mousse, and more.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 – 72F, 20 – 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight. Refrigeration after opening not required but suggested to extend shelf life. Stir well before each use.
Ingredients: Roasted Kerman pistachios 99%, salt, colorings: riboflavin, copper complexes of chlorophyllins.
Dietary Notes: May contain traces of other nuts, soy, milk constituents, cereals containing gluten, peanuts, and sesame.
Applications: Cream fillings, neutral/basic fillings; Ice creams & gelatos, beverages, and milk products. Fillings for chocolates.
