The Technika V is the evolution of one of the most respected names in home espresso — the Technika IV Profi — and brings meaningful upgrades: a PID controller (the same unit found on the flagship Synchronika dual boiler), lever-activated steam and hot water valves in brass and chrome, larger dual pressure gauges, and a refined stainless steel body with signature ECM detailing.
At its core sits a 2.1L stainless steel heat exchanger boiler — a single-boiler design that lets you brew espresso and steam milk simultaneously, without the wait of a single-boiler machine. The E61 group head delivers passive pre-infusion and exceptional thermal stability, while the near-silent rotary pump is anti-vibration mounted for quiet, consistent extraction.
