This Duotight check valve is a great idea for protecting your regulator. It has a low opening pressure of 1 psi, and since it cannot be opened or taken apart, it is recommended for gas applications only. The internal components are made from stainless steel. Compatible with EVABarrier 8 mm OD Tubing (D1717 & D1718).Duotight offers superior quality when compared to other push-in fittings. Their double EPDM O-ring design provides a more complete and reliable seal, protecting against leaks even when tubing is bent around tight corners.
