The Gourmet Precision+ range mills feature a spring loaded mechanism – allowing a fully adjustable grind from fine to coarse.
Our premium range of grind select mills gives the cook complete control with6 pre-set grind levels for pepper and 3 pre-set grind levels for salt, to provide precise adjustment of the grind from fine to coarse.
Select a fine grind for a big punch in sauces or soups or effortlessly switch to a more coarse grind for a more subtle but longer lasting taste, great for salads or steaks.
The Mechanism
All of our premium pepper mills feature our patented carbon steel Precision+ mechanism, which was developed in conjunction with Nottingham University’s Aroma Laboratory. Representing a new level of performance, our Precision+ mechanism is able to deliver more pepper per turn and has scientificallyproven to release more flavour than everbefore.
All of our premium salt mills feature a unique sharp ceramic mechanism which prevents corrosion over time unlike other salt mills that feature a metal mechanism.
