The Ceado Rev Zero WAM is the grinder the World Barista Championship put on stage for 2026–2027, and it earns that by leaving roughly 2 grams of coffee behind instead of a chamber full.

The Rev Zero sits at the top of Ceado’s flagship Rev series: 83mm RSZ83 Red Speed flat burrs, a 900W motor turning at 1,480 rpm, and the Weight Adjustment Module fitted as standard so the portafilter tares itself and the grinder stops at your target weight to within 0.1g. Output is 5.2 grams per second at espresso fineness, so a typical 18g dose lands in about three and a half seconds. Stepless adjustment is read digitally off the touchscreen rather than guessed from a collar, and the whole thing runs at a rated 62 dB — quieter than either of its siblings, which matters when the grinder lives a metre from a customer.

What separates the Zero from the Rev Titan and Rev Steel below it is Sweep Out Dual Spin: after each grind the burrs reverse briefly and throw the chamber clear, leaving about 2 grams inside and delivering 99% of the ground coffee into the basket. Ceado rates the Red Speed burr set at roughly 4 tons of coffee, the longest life in the range. This is the black WBC-badged version — since being named Qualified Espresso Grinder Sponsor for the 2026–2027 World Barista Championship, Ceado has applied the official WBC logo to every Rev Zero leaving the factory through to the end of 2027.
