Bideli 1kg Electric Coffee Roaster — Black & White
The Bideli 1kg is a compact drum roaster built for cafés, coffee labs, roasting training schools, and micro-roasteries that need reliable output without a full-scale production floor. Batch sizes from 200g to 1,500g, roast times of 8–15 minutes, and output of 4–6kg per hour — enough for a specialty café doing in-house roasting or a roasting school running back-to-back training sessions.
This is the electric version in the Black & White finish. Electric heat means no gas line required — plug into a standard 240V commercial supply and you’re running. The double-walled drum uses conductive and convective heat transfer, FUJI PIDs for bean and air temperature, a manual damper for airflow control, and a rapid cooling tray that drops the beans down to ambient in 1–2 minutes. USB data logging is built in for Artisan roast profiling software. Guangzhou Bide has been building roasters since 1993 — this is a machine with three decades of refinement behind it.
