PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Amifruit Confit Orange Peel is slowly candied in sugar syrup for preserved fruit with great flavor, a lustrous shine, and a chewy texture. The candying process replaces the water naturally held within a fruit with sugar syrup. The beautiful, orange jewel-toned candied strips are a great addition to fillings, as a garnish, or dipped in chocolate.

Ingredients: Orange peel, Sucrose, Glucose-fructose syrup

Applications: Used for decoration, fillings, or dipped in couverture chocolate.

Directions: Ready to use.

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 – 72F, 20 – 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and sealed air tight.
