Amifruit Lemon Compound is a versatile, concentrated flavoring paste made with real lemons. It is bakeproof, easy to use, and freeze-proof. It can be used to flavor a variety of items, including gelato, buttercream, mousse, cakes, cream cheese, yogurt, milk shakes, ganache, and custards.
Directions: Stir well before use. Pour the product into the mix and dissolve, stirring well. Let stand for about 10 minutes, then freeze.
Dosage: 70-100g/kg preparation.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68- 72ºF, 20- 22ºC). Note: Over time color changes, separation and hardening may occur but this does not affect the quality of the product.
